Description of functionality / features (client and server)

Similar to PGP Keygloo establishes a public-key-based encryption system. It enables Browsers and E-Mail-clients to send encryoted messages. Key-handling is entirely done by the keygloo-application, thus avoiding cryptic fingerprints and Key-IDs.

General Comments (free text)

Keygloo aims at e-mail-encryption without "the nerdy overtones of PGP" (quote). The Keygloo-application can be used with plugins for browsers and mail-clients, enabling these to transparently encrypt and decrypt content.
Key-managment is done in the background. Since Keygloo is not open source, cryptographic actions cannot be reviewed.

As of 2008-03-18 there is an Orkut-plugin announced, yet not available.
